Uncensored OpenAI-compatible API
Quickstart guide
Connect your standard OpenAI SDK to our uncensored LLM endpoint in seconds. This guide covers the base URL, authentication, and core features like streaming and JSON mode.
Base URL and Authentication
The API base URL is https://api.buyclaudeapi.com/v1. You must include your API key in the Authorization header for every request. Generate your key instantly via Google or email login on the dashboard. No phone number is required for signup. The system issues a single active key per account that replaces previous keys upon regeneration.
Basic Chat Completion
Send a POST request to /v1/chat/completions with your messages. The model ID is uncensored. This endpoint processes text in and returns text out without content refusals for lawful adult use. It functions exactly like the standard OpenAI chat interface. Use this for direct integration into your applications.
Python SDK Integration
Install the official openai package and point it to our base URL. Set the API key in the client configuration. This allows you to use existing Python code with minimal changes. The client handles the HTTP communication and JSON parsing automatically. Streaming and JSON mode are supported natively.
Node SDK Integration
Use the openai Node.js package to connect to our endpoint. Configure the base URL and API key in the client initialization. This approach works with standard TypeScript and JavaScript projects. You can reuse existing OpenAI-compatible client code directly. The model responds to standard prompt structures without modification.
Streaming Responses
Enable streaming by setting stream: true in your request. The API returns Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time token delivery. Token usage data is included in the final chunk of the stream. This reduces perceived latency for end-users. You can parse incremental text updates as they arrive.
Limits, Errors, and Context
The context window is 100,000 tokens total. Max output is 16,000 tokens per request. You are limited to 300 requests per minute and 8 concurrent requests. A 401 error means your key is invalid. A 402 error indicates insufficient credit. A 429 error signals rate limit exhaustion. Errors do not consume your prepaid credit. Pay only for successful token generation.

Is the uncensored API compatible with standard OpenAI clients?
Yes. Our endpoint follows the OpenAI chat-completions schema. You can use any standard SDK by changing the base URL and API key. It works with tools like Cursor, Cline, and OpenWebUI.
What happens if I get a 429 rate limit error?
A 429 error means you exceeded 300 requests per minute or 8 concurrent connections. Wait briefly and retry. The limit resets automatically. Errors and refusals do not count against your token quota.
How much does the uncensored LLM cost per token?
Input tokens cost $0.15 per 1M tokens. Output tokens cost $0.50 per 1M tokens. Credits are prepaid via crypto and never expire. You pay only for actual usage.
Key generation is fast
Register, retrieve your token, point to the endpoint. Done.
